Who we are

MyLifeOS is a service of Munrex (“we”). We are responsible for the personal data you put into MyLifeOS. Contact: info@munrex.com.

What we collect

• Account data: your name, email address and a one-way hash of your password.
• Settings: language, time zone, date format, currency, theme.
• Content you add: tasks, events, reminders, family details, children's profiles (added by a parent or guardian), documents you upload, and your emergency card.
• Security data: devices you are logged in on, a shortened network address and security events such as logins.

We do not use advertising or tracking scripts.

Why we use it

We use your data only to provide MyLifeOS to you: to run your account, show your information, send account emails (such as verification and password reset) and keep the service secure. Our legal basis is your consent and the contract to provide the service.

Who can see it

Your content is private to you. In a family, others see only what you share: the family calendar, chores, and documents you mark as shared. Children's details are visible only to the family owner and adults. We do not sell or rent your data. Our hosting provider (Hostinger) stores the data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active. Items in Trash are deleted after 30 days. If you delete your account, it is permanently removed after a 7-day grace period. Security logs are kept for a limited time.

Your rights

You can see, correct, download and delete your data. You can withdraw consent by deleting your account. Under India’s DPDP Act 2023 and the EU GDPR you may also complain to the relevant authority. Email info@munrex.com for any request.

Children

Accounts are for adults. Children’s profiles can only be created and managed by a parent or guardian inside the parent’s account.

Changes

If we change this policy in an important way, we will tell you in the app or by email before the change applies.
